The Commodore Hotel is an elegant Victorian building situated on Paignton seafront , with level walking to the town centre, public transport, Paignton pier and harbour. We are in an ideal location for touring other parts of Devon and Cornwall by car, public transport or coach excursion.

Or for those who like to simply relax on or by the beach - just a short walk across Paignton Green, directly in front of the hotel and you will find yourself on the beach with wonderful views of Torbay.

All our bedrooms are ensuite, and each with beverage making facilities, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers and colour television.Each room is tastefully decorated to a very high standard and are bright and clean with many having wonderful sea views.For that special occasion we have our beautiful four poster bedroom with a little extra comfort.

The Commodore breakfast is a great way to start the day, always freshly prepared and cooked, with a selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurts to accompany your cooked breakfast.

We do have a residential license so at the end of the day you may like to enjoy a drink in the Commodore bar with your fellow guests or maybe relax with a book in our very comfortable guest lounge, whilst taking in the views of Torbay from the window.

Hotel Commodore is a non-smoking establishment.

Terms and Conditions:

All accommodation is offered, subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit of £25 per person.
Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival but early arrivals may leave their luggage.
We ask that rooms are vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.
Guests are reminded that a legal contract exists, when a booking has been accepted and a nonrefundable deposit has been paid.
The proprietor is entitled to claim for any loss resulting from cancellation or non-arrival and holiday insurance is recommended.
All major credit cards are accepted, with a surcharge. Please enquire for details.
